BROWNFIELD GRANT
A coalition of counties consisting of Nye, Esmeralda, Lincoln, and White Pine counties in Nevada, and Inyo County in California, has received a brownfield grant from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The grant provides $1,000,000 for redevelopment planning of brownfield sites in the coalition counties, including for renewable energy development. Relevant documents for the brownfield grant will be posted as they become available.
